The Court 8 – Queen

Rooted in Seaside history and renewed for modern travel, The Court is a boutique coastal retreat designed for guests who appreciate thoughtful detail and understated luxury. Following an extensive 18-month restoration, this iconic motor court offers an adults-only stay steps from the Gulf of Mexico.

Each Queen room opens to views of The Lawn, a lush central garden that anchors the property in calm and privacy. Beach access is effortless via nearby Coleman Pavilion, where guests enjoy a seasonal complimentary Cabana Man setup complete with chairs and umbrella.

Inside, the design is refined yet relaxed—Peacock Alley linens, Serena & Lily furnishings, and coastal textures create a serene atmosphere. A built-in desk, Nespresso coffee station, and mini refrigerator provide convenience without clutter. The marble-tiled bathroom offers a rainfall shower, plush robes, and spa-inspired finishes for restorative evenings.

Modern technology blends seamlessly with the classic setting, including enhanced Wi-Fi, soundproofing, and a Samsung Smart TV. The private porch, furnished with a custom hanging bed and soft throw, becomes an extension of the room—ideal for quiet mornings or golden-hour evenings.

With Seaside’s town square, restaurants, boutiques, and amphitheater just moments away, The Court offers guests the luxury of walking everywhere while returning each evening to a space that feels peaceful, personal, and distinctly Seaside.

* The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration. No occupants under 25 years of age are allowed.

* Each booking comes with a complimentary Cabana Man beach chair set up (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) and complimentary swim and tennis. Room rates include complimentary Cabana Man beach set up from March 1st - November 30th, depending on availability.
* Peacock Alley Linens - Fresh and luxurious Peacock Alley towels and sheets throughout the unit
* Two Seaside Transit bicycles for use during the stay for pickup at the Seaside Transit Authority
* Access to 3 swimming pools, 5 Clay tennis courts & 3 Pickleball courts (court fees apply), and a fitness center
* Delivery of Seaside Merchandise
* On-site hydration station with ice
* Daily room service: removal of trash, replenishment of cups and coffee upon request, daily housekeeping at an additional cost.

Great location in Seaside!

Perfect location in Seaside. Was really nice that 2 beach chairs with umbrella included with the room as well as 2 bicycles from Seaside Transit. Cute room with everything one would need.

What a wonderful surprise!We came for a 2 night honeymoon and were treated like VIP’s. Dan, the property manager, sent welcoming texts before we arrived, met us outside to give us our parking pass, walked us to our gorgeous cabin (#8) and gave us explanations about the property and our immaculate rooms. He even had Modica Pinot Grigio chilling in our room! He is so personable and delightful to talk with. He wanted to make sure we felt at home and did everything to make us feel that way. On Thursday, The Court hosted an event for the guests including live music, delicious hors d’oeuvres from Black Bear Bakery, and drinks. We met other staff members including Brigitte, who was also very welcoming and gracious to us. And Laverne, who is in charge of maintaining the lush landscaping, remembered us from years ago when we would come with our young daughters. Even the checkout texts from Lily welcoming us to come back again were warm-hearted. All in all this was the best experience we have ever had in Seaside and this will be the only place we come to in the future. We have told family and friends about this marvelous, special hideaway and yes it is very private. Thank You for giving us such a wonderful experience!

The rooms are very nice, although small, and we very much enjoyed our stay. However, the shower fan runs constantly and I was told this was by design. That, coupled with the fact that the security lights outside make the room hard to darken, gave this light sleeper three nights of little sleep. My husband had no problem with it though, and overall it was a great visit. We really liked the text communication with the staff. Prompt and courteous.
