DESCRIPTION: Oleander is a newly renovated and elegant 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with central a/c, 3 master bedrooms, multiple decks for relaxing, a private pool and the same gorgeous views looking out over Klein Bay. The home recently added a solar powered battery backup system for those unexpected power outages.

Once you enter the home, you will immediately be drawn to the views looking out over the bay. To the right you will access the great room that is elegantly furnished. With its open floor plan, you have plenty of space to relax and unwind. To the left of the entrance is the upper master bedroom, with king bed, a/c and outdoor garden shower. There are exterior stairs down to the lower level, where you will enjoy relaxing in the sun or shade, as both are available for your enjoyment. To the left of the pool is the second master bedroom, it is an identical layout to the upper master bedroom. To the right of the pool, is the master guest suite, the suite includes a kitchenette, a living area and a master bedroom with king bed and private bath with interior tiled shower.

LOCATION: Oleander Villa is located in beautiful Klein Bay, which is a small neighborhood of luxury homes on St John's Caribbean coast. Throughout the years, the Klein Bay area has retained its unique beauty, privacy and peacefulness that that are the essence of St. John. Ditleff Point is the peninsula that curves south into the Caribbean to form Klein Bay. It is beautiful from Oleander anytime of the day and especially at night when the moonlight casts a peaceful silhouette. The low hills of Ditliff soften the trade winds to insure gentle breezes and tranquil, crystal clear waters. Oleander is less then a 5 minute walk to a pebble beach which provides swimming and snorkeling among reefs dotted with brightly colored fish, coral, sea fans, turtles and other sea life. Although Cruz Bay is only a 10 minute drive on paved roads, very few tourists come to this lovely, pristine neighborhood.

LIVING & DINING: The air-conditioned living room is island elegant, with its beamed cathedral ceiling, arched windows, ceiling fans and tiled floors. It is the essence of tropical relaxation. The comfortable furniture includes a couch, a love seat & 2 chairs, a coffee and end tables. The walls have beautiful Caribbean artwork, and other accessories. For your entertainment there is a cable TV and internet service.

The formal dining area in the great room seats 8, or if you prefer dining outdoors, there is a table for 8 on the covered porch located outside the great room. You will enjoy magnificent views no matter where you chose to dine. Located on the lower pool deck, there is a 3rd dining table, perfect for enjoying a quick lunch, after you have gone for a swim in the private pool. Included is a gas BBQ grill.

KITCHEN: The new kitchen is well equipped, and you will enjoy preparing everything from snacks to seven course meals with the Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances, including a stove and oven, a built-in microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, blender and drip coffee maker. Supplied with a complete assortment of cooking utensils, kitchen implements, dishes, wine and drink glasses, linens and towels you are sure to feel at home.

BEDROOMS: Oleander has three air-conditioned master bedrooms, all beautifully decorated. The upper and lower level master bedrooms are similar in design and each has a king bed, a/c, and cable TV. Attached to each bedroom is the en-suite bath with double vanities and outdoor garden showers. Screened sliding doors open to a private deck and a view of the shimmering turquoise waters. The third bedroom is the guest suite, which includes a living room with cable TV, a kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and blender. The bedroom is located off the living room and has a king bed, a/c, cable TV and private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a double vanity and interior tiled shower. Screened sliders open on to the covered deck, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views of Klein Bay. Safes for your valuables are located in each of the bedrooms.
