Megan’s Nest is brand new to the short-term rental market. It has been owned by our family since 1984, and we have created incredible memories over the years. Now, we invite your family/group to create lifetime memories too. Megan’s Nest is a 4-bedroom villa that offers a panoramic view of the East End of St John all the way to BVIs – Norman and Peter Island. The view is amazing from the kitchen, dining room, family room, all decks, and pool. Your family will enjoy 3 separate pods where you can enjoy privacy, and then come together for meals or to cool off in the shade of the two large decks both with cooling trade winds. Or you can bask in the sun on our large deck and cool off in the pool that overlooks Coral Bay.

Megan’s Nest has an upstairs pod with two bedrooms (one queen and one with 2 twin beds), two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. The downstairs area (called Cabana) is a one-bedroom apartment complete with queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, living and dining area. Both units open to large decks with alfresco dining and seating to take advantage of the view and breezes. Across the pool deck from the Cabana, is the king bedroom with en-suite.

Coral Bay is on the quiet side of the island where you will get stuck in traffic jams created by goats, sheep, and donkeys. With little light pollution, you will enjoy stargazing, amazing moon rises and some of the most colorful sunrises you have ever seen! Coral Bay is perfect for families looking to be close to the best snorkeling, hiking, and adventure the island has to offer. It is centrally located between the famous Northshore beaches (Maho known for sea turtles), Hansen to the east, and Salt Pond (5-minute drive) and Lameshure part of the southern beaches. Coral Bay is also between incredible hikes such as Ram Head and Reef Bay. We hope you feel Coral Bay and Megan’s Nest is a good fit for your family/group.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We require a vehicle rental (preferably a Jeep or similar) for this home as Taxi services to/from the Coral Bay side of the island are unreliable. Please treat the space with respect and notify us of any problems quickly, we will do our best to respond ASAP.
Please note there is a long-term tenant that resides in the lowest level. No shared spaces.
