This Ski-on Ski-Off townhome on Mount Snow was finished October 2021. It has 5 bedrooms and a kids room off the master, 3 common areas, 2 fireplaces and a gorgeous functional kitchen.

This gorgeous home has top-of-the-line finishings and an electric car charger. During the winter - walk onto the ski slope. During the summer and fall - walk onto hiking trails in the national forest.

It is outfitted as a luxury adult retreat and for large family vacations with young kids. There are 3 common areas each with a smart tv. The house is equipped with games for adults and kids alike as well as books and toys (especially for kids ages 0-6). The house is also equipped with several Molecule air filters.

MAIN FLOOR: You enter on the main level with one floor above and one below. You walk into a cozy mudroom with ski-cubbies and heated floors. The main level has an ensuite queen bedroom, the kitchen, pantry, living room and dinning room. The living room has a working electric fireplace, smart tv, and deck. The dinning room can seat 8 at the table (only 4 chairs shown in the photo because they had not arrived) and 6 stools at the counter.

KITCHEN: The pantry has been stocked with the basic supplies for cooking (eg. olive oil) and living (eg. Advil). With a 6-burner stove and extra fridge drawers, the kitchen is thoughtfully designed to facilitate cooking for a large group and fully equipped with pots and pans. There is a Nespresso coffee machine along with pods as well as a drip coffee pot.

TOP FLOOR: The top floor has an ensuite master bedroom with king sized bed. The master bathroom has two sinks, lighted mirrors, a large shower and separate toilet. A small kids room is accessed from the Master and was built as a windowless room to help our toddler stay asleep. It has a bunk, dresser, molecule air filter and closed circuit monitor. Please note- this is not a closet we threw a bed in - this is an actual room permitted and approved by the Fire Marshall.

The top floor common area is an open loft with a foldout couch and smart TV. There is a second bedroom with a queen sized bed and a gorgeous view of the mountain. The top floor has a full bathroom with a shower/tub.

BOTTOM FLOOR: This floor was designed for adults and/or or kids to hang out. This is the game room / hangout space. There are two bedrooms with custom bunks from CasaKids in Brooklyn. One bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a smart TV. The other bedroom has a set of full-size bunkbeds and a set of twin bunkbeds. These bunkbeds were custom designed to fit adults as well as kids. There is a gorgeous bathroom with a shower and linen closet.

The common space has a large L-shaped sofa, LoveSac 3 person bean bag, gaming table, and lots of toys and games for kids and adults. Large smart TV. The rowing machine is on wheels and can be easily moved by an adult from utility room into game room. The utility room has a large washer and dryer stocked with detergent (and iron and ironing board, if needed).
