Escape to this beautiful and relaxing home located on the 18th green with mountain views. Experience playing a round of golf at Palm Desert Resort Country Club with its challenging renovated 18 hole par 72 public course golf course.

This updated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home feels like a boutique luxury hotel with the comforts of home. The living room area with its vaulted cathedral ceiling also has a view of the 18th green and has a cool mid-century vibe. The home includes a full, well equipped kitchen to cook your best recipes and includes stainless steel appliances and pantry. Tile floor throughout living room, kitchen and bathroom. The home has all new fresh paint throughout.

Wake up with a cup of coffee from the primary bedroom which includes a king size bed and view of the 18th green. The primary bedroom has a Joshua Tree desert oasis feel and also includes a flatscreen TV. New carpet in the bedroom as of Sept 2021. This is a new listing so the home also includes all new fresh sheets, pillows, comforter, duvet cover, and bath towels. There is a nice size walk in closet to store your belongings, and there is also a washer and dryer for your extended stay.

The patio is one of the best feature with stunning views. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine or your favorite beverage while enjoying the beautiful mountains and sunset. Instead of cooking indoors, take advantage of the outdoor natural gas BBQ (no propane tank needed) to grill a steak or any other delicious foods.

If you are looking for additional space for family or friends you may want to travel with, please check out our other two bedroom/two bathroom property on the 7th fairway with amazing mountain and lake view also located in the Palm Desert Resort. Please see listing # 2422637.

In addition to the golf course at Palm Desert Resort Country Club, it also includes a driving range, putting green, chipping area and practice bunker to work on your game. The resort also includes 7 tennis courts and 24 pickleball courts if golf isn’t your style. Golf course, tennis courts and pickleball courts are all open to the public. Be sure to check out the golf pro shop or tennis/pickle ball lounge for all your needs. If you are hungry, be sure to visit the café for breakfast or lunch. The renovated clubhouse is in walking distance and includes a lounge and bar area and full dinner menu. The food is delicious!

After a round of golf or a game of tennis or pickle ball, you can enjoy one of the community salt water pools in very close walking distance as well as the jacuzzi to help soothe your muscles. There are 20 community salt water pools/jacuzzis within the resort if you want a change of scenery. The resort is also beautiful for nice leisurely walks for some good exercise.

Discover the beauty of the desert in the Coachella Valley with an abundance of golf courses, casinos, fine dining, grocery stores, hiking trails, museums and wildlife zoo. Also enjoy Joshua Tree National Park, Desert Premium Outlets, Palm Springs Aerial Tram, BNP Paribas Open and El Paseo (Rodeo of the Coachella Valley). Coachella and Stagecoach will also be returning in April 2022! Palm Desert Resort Country Club is only a 25 minute drive from Palm Springs International Airport. Great location, property, and hosts

We loved that that patio has a lovely lounging area and eating area. We also appreciated that the place was well stocked with spices and olive oil for cooking as well as a nice set of knives and all the cutlery and dinnerware we needed. The property is wonderful and we made good use of the pool area, tennis courts and golf course. We really liked the vibe of the accomodations and the community.

Perfect stay

Beautiful place

Great property, beautifully decorated and well supplied for our stay. Aimee and Shawn were very responsive! Especially enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio by the fire pit in the evening. Would highly recommend this place!

Great 2 Weeks in Palm Desert

This was our first VRBO in a gated country club. We picked it because of the view of the golf course and the mountains. Everything was as expected and all the neighbors were very welcoming, as we would take walks during the day. The bed was comfortable, kitchen had all the equipment you need. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. Should we return to the Palm Desert area, I would stay here again.

Relaxing comfortable stay.

Owners Aimee and Sean have done an exceptional job of providing a superior guest experience. So many extra touches to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Oasis in the desert

We stayed for two weeks. The property is really well appointed. There is even a new fire pit. Great for the cool desert nights. Don’t hesitate to book this villa. Aimee and Sean are very responsive and great hosts.

Stayed here during January of 2024 and loved it. The check in and check out process was super easy. We really enjoyed the patio, grilling and watching the golfers come through the 18th hole. Had a few questions while we were there and Aimee always got back to me with good answers very quickly. She even sent a great list of restaurant recommendations to us. The bedroom was really comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals or make cocktails. Will definitely try to rent this place again.

Great condo on 18th hole!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay in this gorgeous condo. Aimee made everything so easy and was so helpful. We even had a welcome bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The condo has everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect on the 18th hole and close to the clubhouse. We enjoyed afternoons next to the pool and hot tub. We hated to leave but are already for a return trip next year. Thank you Aimee and Sean!

Fabulous place to stay in Palm Desert!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and bath items. The condo was very clean. The location makes this the perfect getaway. Not only does it have a great view of the 18th hole, it is also central to so many things like grocery stores, restaurants and other golf courses! It also has great amenities like pools and hot tubs! Our stay was relaxing and very comfortable. It has a great patio with nice furnishings for sitting outside, soaking up the sun or even enjoying a fire when the evenings are cooler. Owners Aimee and Sean have done an exceptional job of providing a superior guest experience. Aimee was very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property for a couple looking for a wonderful get away. We look forward to staying here the next time we're in the desert!

Palm Desert January 2023 - You will enjoy staying here!

As soon as you enter this unit you know it is well cared for. The unit is beautifully decorated, the kitchen thoughtfully stocked, the bed is comfy and the patio view of the 18th green is more entertaining than the television. It's a quick walk to a pool and hot-tub. The location is good. There is quick access to 1-10, grocery stores and parks. There are 8 public access, first come - first served pickleballs courts in Freedom Park which is immediately across from the entrance of this complex. We enjoy birding, hiking and my husband played bridge at the Duncan Bridge Center. All activities easily reached. Aimee sent great check-in directions. It was easy to settle in and begin our vacation time. Aimee is a great host. She did some advance R&D for us for pickleball, arranged for us to have a new item for the kitchen, texted to see if we needed anything and graciously tolerated our delayed departure. I believe you'll enjoy a stay here, we certainly did. Ron & Kathy

Everything was perfect as our first VRBO experience. The condo was tastefully decorated and just as described with the view and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for dinners we hosted and had all the appliances we needed. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Aimee was amazing and made our stay very pleasant.

We stayed in this same country club three years ago but this property and owners far exceeded our first experience! Easy checkin at the gate and property and owner gave us all the instructions necessary to navigate our stay. Being on the 18th green and having the club house on the other side of the green made it ideal. Property was well furnished, the owners thought of everything you could possibly need during our stay!!

What a beautifully decorated little condo, extremely well stocked with all amenities, very comfortable bed, and great location. Loved our morning coffee in the sunshine on the patio overlooking the 18th green, and some afternoon sunbathing at the pool only a short distance away. Excellent communication with Aimee who was available to answer any questions promptly! Loved our stay here and would highly recommend! Very happy Canadian customers!
