Chez Pia, Apartment with a Swimming Pool

Caroline Madam, I tried to reach you 3 times before your arrival, by the message Abritel and also by phone and SMS to agree on the time of appointment. You never answered me. Our apartment is not a hotel, there is no receptionist 24h/24. As you seemed unhappy to wait a little, we offered to cancel and refund your reservation in full. You made that choice. We have been welcoming vacationers for 7 years in our villa and we have a satisfaction rating of 9.8/10, you can not advise people to run away from us when we have a heart to allow an excellent stay to our holidaymakers and that their comments prove it. Caroline
