Ground floor: Large living room with kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob + hood, oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher), living room with HD TV (with streaming applications), dining table (4 chairs), sofa-bed (160x200), two armchairs.
Upstairs: attic bedroom with double bed (160x200) + chest of drawers, shower room with WC and washbasin. The velux windows are fitted with blackout blinds.

Outside area to enjoy your meals and the sun.

The accommodation is suitable for 2 people (max. 4 people).

Also available: washing machine, household linen, WiFi connection, charcoal barbecue, 2 parking spaces.

Pets are allowed.

Bikes and surfboards can be stored.

To be paid 1 day before your arrival:
Deposit of EUR 300 (bank imprint) + tourist tax (according to current rate)

Utilities (water + electricity) and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental price.
Heating is available on request and will be charged at EUR 5 per day.

The entrance is independent via a secure key box.

The house is attached to a private property and is available to you in its entirety, including the outdoor area to the front. The owners of the house next door walk past on their way home.

This accomodation is not suitable for the mobility impaired.

Like many Breton villages, Trezmalouen has a rich history, marked by agriculture, fishing and traditional rural life.

The locals take an active part in local festivities, which often include Fest-noz (night-time festivals featuring Breton music and dance), craft markets and religious events.
