It's very spacious and is near to LAX / Downtown /forum / stadium / Staple Center / marina Del ray / Venice beach / Santa Monica perfect for a vacation & business home


Additional Rules

1. NO SMOKING anywhere inside the house please.

2. Please be cautious of loud noise for the neighbors especially at night
3. please don't eat/drink in the bedrooms.
4. Zero tolerance -No parties
6. Please turn off house electronics and A.C. before leaving.
7. Please return what you take to where you find it, and clean up after yourselves.
8. Please dispose of oil and leftover into the trash can, not kitchen sink. It will cause a clog.
9. Please dispose of only toilet paper into the toilet. Anything else can cause a clog.

Bigger than you think...

We needed a house to gather as a family for a funeral and this fit just right. I loved the gated look of the house and was surprised with the size of the side patio & yard. The rooms were big & spacious. The bathrooms clean & well stocked. I really loved all the seating in the living & dining room. The only cons I would say is there is no ADA accessibility & I could not get the TVs to play the game consistently. Everyone liked the property & its location was very good because it was located near grocery stores and LAX. I recommend this property if you need one centrally located in the city. I would stay here again🙂

Okay Stay

The house was really dirty. It felt as if the owners did not care for the upkeep of the home. The neighborhood was not the best. The house was super spacious! It could easily fit up to 10 people. I would not book at that location again, due to the lack of cleanliness. Old bars of soap were not switched out, toilet paper rolls were started and had not been switched out. It felt as if there was mold in the place.

nice house for a good rate

We just got off of a cruise and wanted to stay near the airport. This property is in a good area and was a good rate. Lot's of space and comfortable

Cozy house met our needs

Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, nice outdoor patio area. Met our needs for vacation for a family of six. Initially concerned about airplane noise since this house is under final for LAX, but the noise didn’t bother anyone inside the house. Some suggestions would be a couple extra towels and top sheets for the beds. Overall, good experience and owner was very responsive.
