This cozy apartment has a lot to offer. Separate entrance with private kitchen, living room, bedroom & full bathroom with upper and lower outdoor decks. Easy access with the keyless entry door lock. Just 5 minutes to Old Hickory Lake with several parks such as Shutes Branch offering a free boat dock for watersports and a relaxing place to hammock under the trees by the lake or grill out for dinner. Come see us for a relaxing getaway, business, or study! Ideal for longer stays.

I was born in Tennessee and raised in both Kentucky and Tennessee with roots in farming for generations. I have always had a passion for fixing equipment, houses, cars, and boats. I used that ability to further my education and now have a full-time job as an aircraft maintenance tech at Nashville BNA. My wife Juliebeth and I enjoy travel and are happy to offer this apartment for anyone staying a while or passing through. We hope you enjoy it and are proud to call it home for your stay.
