Whether here for vacation, business or health, we believe you`re here for important things! Things that should not include a long list of chores upon check out. Bring the whole family! Pet friendly for dogs with current vaccinations and flea control.

Nestled on a wooded lot, we left much of the landscape untouched. Enjoy plenty of shade, dappled sunlight and lots of nature sounds. Inside is flooded with ample natural light as the house has lots of windows.

Unwind at the end of the day with a hot shower on the back deck then enjoy the firepit under the café lights and stars.

We hope we`ve thought of everything but please let us know if you need more than the following:

>Shampoo, conditioner & body soap
>Kitchen gadgets for preparing meals & desserts!
>Mixer, mixing bowl, baking sheet, cake tins, muffin tins, measuring cups/spoons, basic spices

>Drip coffee maker, filters, cream & sugar
>Coffee, tea & cocoa
>Ironing board & iron
>Extra blankets
>Board games & cards
>Matches for the fire pit & skewers for smores!

The television is a 65” smart TV. We have an antenna but do not offer cable. Feel free to log into your own streaming services. We recently added a Roku stick.

Guests will enjoy the entire property minus the locked utility room on the front porch.
The washer and dryer are discreetly tucked in the shed on the front porch.

Your experience and comfort while staying with us is paramount. I’m just a text away!

There is one step from the front room to the living room area which makes our place not wheelchair friendly. Use care when stepping up and down this threshold.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am
NO smoking or vaping INSIDE OR ON PREMISES
Park in designated areas.
Parties will not be tolerated.
Registered guests only.

For our families bringing a pet... we ask you cover the furniture with the provided linens or bring your own. We also appreciate you pick up poops. This provides a more sanitary yard for all our guests.
