Perfect for golf groups and families with 3 bedrooms/2 baths on the main floor and 2 bedrooms/1 bath and family room upstairs. Comfortable dining, living room, and screened porch to relax after a day of fun. Close to amazing golf courses at Pinehurst and around the area.

Comfortable sectional sofa and chairs in our main living room with large tv. Kitchen table with 6 chairs plus dining room with round dining table seats 8 and both are adjacent to the living room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, serving dishes, utensils, crockpot, baking pans, Ninja, Keurig with some starter pods, coffee grinder and drip coffee maker. Full size washer and dryer are available to guests along with detergent. Main floor Master bedroom has a king size bed, full length mirror, desk, large closet, and full-size bathroom with soaking tub and shower and double vanity. Two other bedrooms are on the main floor-- one with 2 twin beds and other with queen bed. Upstairs has two extra-large bedrooms both with 2 queen beds. A full-size bathroom and small family room with tv complete the upstairs. The most enjoyable feature of the house is the screened porch with couch, 2 chairs and tv leading to the fenced backyard. Perfect for relaxing after a long day. The garage fits 2 vehicles and is equipped with an extra fridge/freezer and cornhole game.
