Just three houses from the beach and downtown, this home is a quintessential beach house in the heart of Avila Beach. Restaurants, wine shops, coffee shops and souvenir shops are all steps away. While San Luis Obispo, Edna Valley, Pismo Beach, the Oceano Dunes and Port San Luis are only a few miles away.

This luxury beach cottage is your home base for your escape with all the comforts of you’d expect at home. The kitchen has everything you'll need, from a gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including gas-range oven stovetop, wine fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry and nearby balcony BBQ.

Plenty of seating areas are provided for sit-down meals, game nights, or just catching up. The dining room table seats four (with pull-out leaves), the breakfast nook sits four and the eat-in bar seating sits four as well. This luxury condo features dark hardwood floors throughout and two ocean view balconies for soaking in the scenery or barbecuing your favorite meal.

Enjoy a quiet night in while nestled on the L-shaped living room sofa around the gas fireplace and flatscreen TV with cable channels, games and WiFi.

Your guests will have a place to sleep between the two spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The master bedroom features a private balcony, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, closet, dresser, desk and luxurious en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms features vaulted ceilings, a beautiful chandelier, flatscreen TV, closet and dresser. The second full bathroom sits between the living area and master bedroom with a glass-enclosed shower and subway tiles. This home also boasts a washer and dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Wonderful Property, Wonderful Property Manager

Property was well equipped, well maintained. And when there were a few minor challenges (which is inevitable with a VRBO), the property manager was on top of it - even on a Sunday. Great location which enabled us to enjoy the beach and the small town (Avila Beach) which was a block or two away. Relaxing and fun.

Great House

This property is so beautiful and so close to the beach. It was perfect for our little get away. The only thing that would need fixing is the squeaky doors. Some WD40 could take care of that in a heartbeat so guests can sleep while others go explore.

Beautiful beach home

Such a beautiful place to stay right near the beach! Well kept, clean, and such a great layout! Really felt at home with the convenience of the beach and shops right there. Noise level was quiet surprisingly! Easy manager to work with and just the perfect little getaway! Thank you for your professionalism and ease! We will return!

Perfect!

Our stay was fantastic. First, the place was immaculate and everything about it was nicely finished and felt very comfortable. You can't beat the location with the beach and pier steps away. Wonderful place

Avila Beach is a wonderful town and this is a wonderful two bedroom apartment right near the beach… Everything about the place makes us want to buy one of our own! The location, the design and decor, the size, and most importantly very, very, very comfortable beds… So comfortable. Only hiccup might be that the heating seem to be based on an automatic gas fireplace, Which in the bedroom does light it up in the middle of the night… But maybe I just didn’t figure it all out Wonderful place and wonderful hosts! Definitely worth The price that we paid

Wonderful stay in Avila Beach!

We had an amazing stay at this upscale beach home just steps from the ocean! The owners have thought of every detail and we truly loved our stay there and can't wait to return. Fantastic location and amenities (including some basic beach stuff)... loved that they had games and that the kitchen was fully stocked with appliances/pots and pans. Tips for other travelers: I suggest bringing some ground coffee for the mornings... we had a hard time finding ground coffee at the local grocery store!! Oh and folks with little ones.. note that there is no bathtub but we had our baby tub so we were OK!!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo in a great location. It’s very close to the beach and has a nice partial view of the ocean from the living area. The house is very comfortable and we loved the water pressure in showers. Would definitely stay here again. Only feedback I would provide is the floors could have been a bit cleaner. There was some food on the floors, under the couch and under the dinner table, when we arrived. We also could not use the dishwasher due to a bad smell that would stink up the kitchen when opened, so we hand washed dishes instead. We did not communicate this to the property manager since we didn’t want to interrupt our vacation by having anybody coming into condo while we were there.
