My husband and I love to stay in a reasonably priced condo or flat when we travel. We like to feel like we are at a home away from home, a place with all the amenities we have grown accustomed to, but especially we love having the space you get with a VRBO property over the cramped feeling of being in a hotel.

Our goal is to provide an affordable VRBO property where people like us want to stay. We wanted to keep it clean and simple. Located steps from Lake Michigan we are in the heart of the North Beach area, with bike/walking paths, the beach, sailing, restaurants and shopping just moments away.

Our guests tell us that our location truly sets us apart! Be sure to take in the sunrise from our small look out balcony or from the beach, just steps away.

2 bedroom upper flat with 1 full bed, 1 queen bed. In addition, to accommodate additional guests, the option is available to close off French doors to create a third private sleeping space with a click bed. Sleeps up to six.

Private entrance and a reserved parking space are provided. Additional street parking available.

Contact us to inquire about early check-in, late departure, extended stays and monthly rentals.

We are a 15 minute drive along the lake to Whistling Straits. Very convenient location and easy to navigate.

Above expectations

Every thing was as expected of a 5 star rated property, and many were above. A short walk to the parks at the waterfront, and restuarants and bars close by.

Great location!

Weekend stay in Sheboygan

Great property that is walking distance to Lake Michigan and the many businesses along 8th Street. Extremely clean with the necessary amenities to enjoy either a short or a long stay. Neighborhood was quiet with not much traffic on the street in front of the property. Highly recommend this property!

Great place!! Short walk to lake!

Perfect place to stay while visiting family for a week. Clean and had everything we needed. Owners are really nice. Took the kids swimming every day at the lake. Short walk to lake. Tons of stuff to do with the kids. We went mini golfing and stopped at the ice cream parlor. Really great place to stay!

Race weekend

We've been coming to Road America for 9 years and this was one of the most enjoyable trips. The house was a block away from a beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. Couldn't be happier with the place and hope to stay there again next year.

Simple accommodations in a great location

Two bedrooms, a dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and a small balcony area. Right by a park for the kids and across the street from the beach and lighthouse. 8th Street has good pizza and other restaurants. It isn't super fancy but it's better than a lot of accommodations at the price point and the location can't be beat.

Birthday getaway

Our son turned 10 and we do a family trip of their choice not parties and presents. He chose to visit Winconsin and this was the perfect stay close to beaches and parks!!! Brady was a great host and very accommodating. Highly recommend and will be back!!

We got upgraded to a different property newly refurbished. The beds were sooo comfortable. It has been a while since I've found such comfortable mattress, pillow and sheets outside of my own bed. The place is well furnished and very conveniently located just one block away from the lake shore.

Our summer getaway

My husband and I traveled to Sheboygan to visit our daughter and to enjoy summertime in Wisconsin. We had a very positive experience at the house and while in Wisconsin. The location to the beach was ideal and we capped it off watching the full moon rise over the lake! We hope to return soon and share the experience with the rest of our family.

An awesome location where one could walk to the Lake Front, the River Front, small local bars and restuarants, and playgrounds for the kids. Nice large living room area and two bedrooms seperated by the bathroom and closet areas. The unit was also very clean and properly supplied with towels and bedroom sheets. Also had a large kitchen area with both a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee so pots or cups!

Close to the lake

The location is only a block from Lake Michigan in an older home with lots of character. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic needs-dishes, cooking pans, towels, coffee, etc. Instructions for arrival and parking were well detailed. We did run into a small but important problem (our fault, not theirs) and they were incredibly responsive and gracious in helping to resolve it. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

This property was in an excellent location. It had the basics and a few extras (i.e. cooler bag) that you need for functioning in a VRBO. We couldn't get the TV to work, but that was less of a concern and we did not contact the property manager about it. One of the guest bed mattresses was far superior to the other. The main selling point for us was the location. The downtown area and lakefront were a walkable distance and the check-in and out processes were very easy!

Long weekend getaway.

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend here in Sheboygan. Great location to the beach and marina. Tried to get out fishing but the waves were a bit much for getting out to the fish this time. We did get out to a concert in Milwaukee though. About an hours drive with 10 miles of road construction. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Would suggest better dining and living room furniture in the future. Also in upgrade on the beds would be a plus.

Step back in time vibe. Everything works like it did years ago. Not a bad thing at all. But it does highlight how environments have changed over the years.

Property was just fine. We didn't use kitchen much but needed items were there. "Steps" to the beach is the hosts' interpretation. With a senior in the party, we found a beach which was more manageable for our purposes. May not have chosen this had we known it was an upper unit. Sheboygan was an interesting destination. We went for "beach time" and it worked!

Great location and communication

The property was clean on arrival. Check in was a breeze and we were permitted early entry. The location is super walkable to the beach and playground. It would be nice if basics like an extra roll of toilet paper were provided. Hand and dish soap were provided, which was nice. The leather sectional is great. The back bedroom is uncomfortably warm for sleeping in the summer. A window unit is needed there. Otherwise all was great!

Close to Lake Michigan

Booking and communication with the owner was easy and timely. The house was clean upon arrival and was spacious enough for our family of 4. It is very close to Lake Michigan and Deland Park/beach. One suggestion is to get a different mattress in the bigger room. It was uncomfortable and on just a small frame. The mattress in the small room was much more comfortable and didn’t feel like you were popping springs in the mattress. It is a second floor with a narrow staircase to go up to the apartment/flat. Overall our stay was great!
