The house is set in its own extensive grounds and is very modern, spacious and comfortable. Our hostess Sylvie was very helpful both in the run-up to the stay; and throughout. The housekeeper was charming and a decent cook. The local area is not quintissentially French but we grew to like it; perhaps for that very reason. We bicycled to the beach and hung out in the lovely house. Happy days.

From the moment we contacted Sylvie, the service and detail we received were excellent. Following a bad experience with another rental, we were cautious, but Sylvie was incredibly reassuring, honest and accurate throughout. Sylvie and her husband gave us such a warm welcome, showed us around and made sure we understood everything. The property is truly magnificent. No expense has been spared, with high-end appliances, beautiful spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, huge grounds and a fantastic swimming pool. The outdoor kitchen was a real highlight and we spent most lunchtimes eating by the pool. Our 6 & 8 year old boys loved all the games, toys and especially the foosball table! The home cinema was another favourite and a great place to relax as a family.The beach, restaurants and shops are all just 5 minutes away, with the lovely Pain du Jour bakery at the bottom of the road. Cidalia cleaned Monday-Friday and was wonderful, always happy to help and chat with the children. We would return in a heartbeat. A dream holiday in an amazing house with wonderful hosts.
