Argentonesse Castle, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, near Sarlat and the Chât

Located in an unusual 19th-century castle resting on 14th-century vaults, the Château d'Argentonesse is surrounded by a large 25-hectare wooded park. The terrace runs the entire length of the castle, connecting with the dining room and billiard room, and overlooks the fifteen-meter-long swimming pool.

A beautiful walnut staircase leads to the long corridor on the first floor, which serves all the bedrooms. Each room, with its own unique ambiance and views of the park and pool, has a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The two suites, measuring 50 m² and 75 m², consist of two bedrooms, a private living room, bathroom, and separate toilet, and are ideal for families or friends.

Located in the Valley of Five Castles, at the foot of the most beautiful sites in the Périgord Noir, you can visit the neighboring castles such as Les Milandes, Beynac, Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, or the most beautiful villages in France: La Roque-Gageac, Domme, Sarlat-la-Canéda.
The Vallée de l'Homme, 11 km away, offers a journey into prehistoric times. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the National Museum of Prehistory and the Lascaux Caves, among others, are emblematic sites of the Dordogne.
