MESSANGES, nice terraced house in a small residence, in a quiet environment, and 500m from the bike path. The beach is only 4 km away! Rest, bike, beach, swimming pool, surfing, forest walk... you will be spoiled for choice.
Composition DRC: Living-room with sofa bed, TV, bay window overlooking the terrace. Open and equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, hood, fridge-freezer, microwave. Bedroom 1 with double bed and cupboard. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs: Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and WC. Laundry with washing machine.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue - Fully enclosed garden - Private parking.
Heated, shared, and covered pool, open from mid-May to mid-October.
Capacity: 4/6 people. 1 pet only accepted: 8€/day.
Option: bed linen 10 €/person, towels 10 €/person.
A contribution to charges of €40 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 95€). Aupa Immobilier. M1065
