The 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom place has all the furniture needed for a nice and comfortable stay. The house is located in the heart of SAN RAMON with a great location , just 2 short blocks away. It has 2 parking spots right on the side and is equipped with all kitchen amenities. Washing machine for laundry and dryer. There are plenty of restaurants, ATMs, convenience & drugstores at walking distance. This neighborhood is the most peaceful and secure, very conveniently located."

The reason why I made the decision to use it for short stays is because of the location that you have this property. It is the center of the country, 45 minutes from the beach, volcanoes, just 30 minutes from the main airport of the country.
This house has been in my family for 30 years in 2020 I made the decision to completely renovate it and accommodate it in the best way for the comfort of the guests.
