I liked it was beach side. We had plenty of room. The rooms were big and upstairs for the kids. They enjoyed this. The elevator does not work here. It will go up but not down. Use stairs.

Yes condo is older but it’s clean and right on the beach, easy to get in and out of. We had problem with dryer and they took care of it immediately and were very nice about it.

Perfect family vacation

Some of the other reviews had me hesitant, but for the price I was willing to give it a go and im thankful i did! Sure it could use soe updates, but the cleanliness and overall enjoyment was 10/10. Eill definitely be back.

TERRIBLE CONDO

The best thing was the beach access! This condo was DISGUSTING!!! Roaches where pot and pans were located, A/C would not cool unit down.. we reached out and Vacasa stated Day 1 they would get AC man to come and look. An AC guy came 3 times and it never was fixed! We asked for a refund, the best they could do is relocate us on our LAST DAY to Fort Morgan to a location that wasn’t even on the beach!! DO NOT BOOK THIS CONDO!

Okay for price point

For this property’s price point, it serves it’s purpose. The property as a whole needs a face lift, but everything was functional, and fulfilled the needs of 7 people. There is also easy beach access, which is always nice.

Honestly the condo was better than we expected. We had read some not-so-great reviews but the house was adequate. There was just some minor inconveniences. The sliding door to get to the balcony kept getting stuck so you had to either apply a decent amount of force to open it or squeeze through a tight space. Also the drainage was pretty bad. The hallway bathroom toilet clogged up after every flush. And with that, the sink along with the showers drained but slowly.

Beautiful beach, unit needs some TLC.

Beautiful beach. Great beach for younger kids. Unit needs some upgrades for better reviews. Bring extra blankets, there were only a couple of comforters, we bought a cheap pot and pan set while we were there as there was a fairly old set we really didn't want to use, could use a deep cleaning, (AC Vents). Dryer lint tray was snagging the clothes when in use.A few upgrades and this would go from an affordable option to a great place to book again.

Extremely disappointing

We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores Fishing team years and I’ve never been so disappointed. The description is not what it seems. No way the condo could sleep more than eight. They had enough towels for about six people. No silverware or broom. What few pans were there were probably 40 years. Old sheets and comforters were extremely old. It looks nothing like the picture. It was extremely disappointing.

The elevator half worked and our condo didn’t have utensils and wash cloths. But, we bought plastic utensils and some wash rags. We made it. Other than that, it was great!!

Great value, excellent location

Best stay in Gulf Shores that we've had. Excellent location, away from party central, but close enough to walk/drive if you want. Grocery stores across the street. Great clean beach.

Would give negative stars if I could.

To start off, the person we talked to the first day to get an extra parking pass was extremely rude and impolite. Anyways, this place was disgusting when we got there. I actually went out and got bleach Lysol wipes to wipe stuff down. There was mold in the washer, showers and coming from the vent. All the sheets had big brown stains on them. We found someone dirty clothes under the bed. We did not have a broom to sweep and when I asked for one they said we don’t get one for this condo. We had to vacuum the beds because there was sand all over them. We were given 2 trash bags and 2 roles of toilet paper for the whole week. On the first day we were at the condo taking showers before dinner and some random worker/cleaning lady just walks in our place like no one was there. She stated she was bring clean sheet? I didn’t call yet or anything about the sheets. But this should have been done before we got there. The bathroom in the master bedroom towel rack was laying on the floor broken. Multiple holes in the walls from trying to hang it up- along with the toilet paper holder. The hall bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and poop or throw up all over the toilet. The patio door does not lock at all and the front door bolt lock is broken. This condo is definitely not suited for 10 people, it was very small for the 7 people we had. Maybe good for 4 adults and a couple kids. To top all of it off we saw a huge cockroach crawling in the living room. Which we have a picture of if needed. This place was way over priced for what we got. If I could give negative stars I would.

Location and facility were great.

Cleanliness was good. Could have used a deep cleaning. Maintenance on the unit could have used some attention and housekeeping could keep in mind the number of people staying when leaving bath towels. But overall we had a great time.

Great Time in a Great Area

This is a great area!! We have been to Gulf Shores West Blvd for 13 years for spring break. This was our first time in this building and we really enjoyed it. A-3 is nice with the loft for extra people. Nothing is perfect, a few minor flaws but nothing to be upset about.
