The apartment has a living room with sofa bed, large bedroom, spacious attic, kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi.
It accommodates up to 4 people and the magnificent location allows you to get around the center of Rome on foot.

APARTMENT RULES:

- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) and the cleaning costs of € 120 will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 45 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot is available on request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.
