The rooms are run down. Bathtub had been painted and chipping off. There was still hair in the bathtub along with a bottle top. The breakfast food was spongy and cold. I would not recommend staying here especially for all the extra fees they add.

There was no hot tube! All of the filthy washer and dryers were broken. The landscaping looked terrible. The breakfast wasn't that good, we went out to breakfast.

Room was not very clean had to keep shoes or socks or feet turned black- breakfast was hard pancakes and eggs both days in a row. Pool closes way too early for travelers!

Hotel was not kept well. Floor was dirty in room. Bathroom had mold, ripped shower curtain, looked to have been repainted a lot due to moisture. I asked for change for laundry room and they didn't have any. Would not stay here again.

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice having transport to Disney, but would be helpful to have more than 1 time option. The pool was beautiful. Breakfast could have been better, it was just adequate.

Found cockroaches in our room. Room cleaning was suppose to be done every second day and all they did was leave towels, only made the bed once. The tall man at the breakfast room was trying to hook us up with women and trying to take pictures of us to send to them. We kept on refusing cause we are married men. Seems like there is some kind of human trafficking going on at this hotel. You definitely need to rent a car to get around from this location, all beaches are over an hour away. Only good thing is that it is close to theme parks.

Took very long to check in; 5-8 minutes per person, even with a standing reservation.Room had no working television and phone kept blinking red for messages, but no directions on how to retrieve and when I tried to call the front desk, no dial tone. We were told parking was free, but had to pay 15 a day

We arrived early before check in time with a request put in a few weeks before for early check in. The front desk worker said I could not check in early because my reservation was just made. (I made my reservation 6 months prior)so I waited then had to ask if there was somewhere to store luggage so we could go eat. Very unhelpful

Came for volleyball tournament great location only 5 minutes away

We came for volleyball tournament very close to convention center and Universal. Had a great stay. They have a pool, laundry, and breakfast if you like.
