Good for the money

It wasn't the cleanest place, wasn't the dirtiest. It was dusty and the bathroom floors werent clean. The beds were nice. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good. It was pretty close to the amusement parks. It was good for the price.

Clean and friendly

Clean and friendly place to stay close to the parks. The shuttle was convient and breakfasy was appreciated.

Basic Hotel near Disney

Inexpensive, clean hotel with free breakfast. They do offer a sale for one of thecresirts but you can skip it. Free parking.

Great quiet resort in a great location

Third year staying at this resort. The rooms are a good size, the pool is always quiet! The breakfast could use some more variety, they offer the exact same food every single day, every single year.Check in takes FOREVER, they never have enough staff on to handle the amount of people checking in. This resort is a hit for me. Great price. Breakfast included. Close to loads of restaurants and novelty shops. Close to universal, and easy to get to Disney. Gator Golf is close by, as is a Wal-Mart. The one downfall that I’ve experienced every year is that the mini fridge in the room always freezes everything, which sucks when you want to grab a few cheap salads to eat and they end up frozen.Would love a microwave in the room, but there is one in the breakfast room that you can use at any time.All in all, this resort is a great cost effective place to stay when you need to visit Orlando :)

You get what you pay for

I will say right from the start, if you are going to universal and want something cheap and close to the parks than that is for you.Besides that, staff was very nice but that’s about all i could say was good. My room was pretty dirty, saw 2 cockroaches in our room, the tub was rusting at the bottom.and shower was basically broken.You get what you paid for and unless you need a cheap stay, i wouldn’t put this high on my list.You do have a Wawa across street so that’s a bonus

Dirty rooms but nice staff

Staff members were nice and friendly. However the rooms were very poorly cleaned. We found a dead roach in the bathroom tub and poop in the walls under the dinner table in the room. The pool was nice but the beds were very ran down. We wanted to shorten our trip due to the poor conditions of our room.

FOR THE MOST PART

It was not bad. ALL OF THE ELEVATORS DID NOT WORK. DURING BREAKFAST TIME NO MORE FOOD IS PUT OUT SO YOU EITHER WAKE UP EXTRA EARLY OR GET BREAKFAST ELSEWHERE. IN THE BEDROOM, IT WAS COMFORTABLE FOR 3 ADULTS (2 QUEEN BEDS) NO MICROWAVE. DOES HAVE FRIDGE. OVERALL IT WAS OKAY.

Bad customer service. Was told different answers from everyone. Room was musky and moldy. Dehumidifier in the room already shows they’re aware of the problem. Towels stained, shower drenches the floor, fridge not working.

This property was a run down hotel with old sheets, old thin towels, nasty shower, barely cleaned, no amenities at all.

Bugs on bed can spoil your stay

After check in we were given a map for the room location on the 4th floor. We were inform to take the elevator although there were clear signs Out of Order. After returning to front desk and being assigned a new room on the first floor. My wife took a shower and then tried to arrange the bed sheets and notice some type of bugs. Breakfast was poor food bins constantly empty house keeping was every other day which is completely fine but never left enough towels when exchanged and always left our door open not latched when they were there! Pool was nice but they never kept enough pool towels available always was asking and waiting

DONT COME

Check in process took 2 hours only to get keys to 2 separate rooms that were occupied. We walked in on people in the middle of the night! Then, when we finally arrived to our third room which was unoccupied, there was a cockroach in the middle of the floor. Absolutely horrible experience.
