Maison Proche Plage et Commerces

Located in Saint Pol de Léon, a stone's throw from the city center and the beaches (about 800 meters), for holidays with family or friends. It is a spacious, bright and well-equipped house. The living rooms are located on the 1st floor (raised first floor). You will find a large dining room, the living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, as well as a toilet. The first bedroom with a 220*200 bed. Before accessing the two bedrooms upstairs, you will pass through a beautiful reading room, extremely bright. The other two bedrooms have two 180*200 beds, with a third bed of 90*200 in one of them. A shower room and toilet. A play area is provided for the little ones.
Facing south, the garden has a terrace, with table, barbecue and brazier for cool evenings.
The beds are ready on your arrival, and the necessary for towels is at your disposal.
A travel cot is available if you wish as well as a high chair.

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig angelegt und sowohl sehr vollständig als auch liebevoll eingerichtet.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist als besonders vorteilhaft zu erwähnen, da nicht nur der Weg zum Stand als auch zur Stadtmittel und zum Supermakrt durchaus gut zu Fuß zu bewältigen sind.Hervorzuheben ist auch die Garage im Haus für einen PKW und als Abstellplatz für Fahrräder.Die windgeschützte Sitzecke hinter dem Haus im ansprechend gestalteten Garten ist bei Sonnenschein ein echter Genuss. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sandrine et Lionel, la maison est très agréable et parfaitement équipée, rien ne manque. Beaucoup de petites attentions. La maison est très bien située à 800 m de la plage et 800 m du centre bourg c'est parfait. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec grand plaisir
