In Vieux Boucau, come and enjoy this pleasant 1-br apartment, ideally located on the beach. The lake and shops are within walking distance.
Composition: Entrance, living room (sofa bed, television, bay window overlooking the balcony), kitchen and dining area (fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, hob), 1 bedroom with king size bed and French window overlooking the balcony, bathroom and separate toilet. Balcony with garden table for a quiet breakfast. Capacity : 2/4 people.
A contribution to charges of 25€ per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 80€).
