The area also offers shopping, many restaurants, bars, museums and a movie theatre. The Farmers Market is held here on Thursdays. The morning Farmers Market offers fresh local produce. The evening Framer Market offers live music, a variety of unique foods, and local art.

OCEANSIDE HARBOR is 2.5 miles north of the condo and also offers great sandy beaches with fire-pits, restaurants with harbor views and shopping. Jet-ski/boat/kayak/paddle-board/bike rentals, and fishing charters found here.

CARLSBAD VILLAGE
2 miles south the condo, Carlsbad Village has miles of big white sandy beaches, as well as many boutiques, shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The Farmers Market is held on Wednesdays in Carlsbad Village.
