Amazingly clean and had everything we needed. Host responsive within minutes. Comfortable and close to lots of good things. We'd go back in a minute next time we are in Oceanside.

Great stay

Very close to beach with views. Can be noisy at times with train station near by but worth it by hearing the ocean waves at quiet times.

Very cute and clean condo in a great location. Walkable to the beach, coffee shop, stores. Host was very responsive to the only request we had, and communication was great throughout our stay.

Wonderful beachside property

We had a really lovely time staying at this property while attending a friend's wedding. The apartment was incredibly clean, the manager let us check in early, and we enjoyed being only a few blocks from the beach! I also appreciated the filtered water and abundance of soap in the shower!

Myers Beachhouse

We absolutely enjoy staying at this location. The property is great, the unit we stayed in was perfect for our family and the communication with the property owner was great. From booking to checking out was really easy. Location is walking distance to beach and close driving distance to several restaurants in the area.

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible. The location was central to everything in Oceanside. The restaurants were easily walkable, and the beach was visible from the back porch. The neighborhood was quiet but lively. We went to LegoLand, which was only 15-20 min drive. Coming back to a comfortable apartment made the trip even more relaxing. Overall, I was pleased with the trip and would love to come back soon!

Great stay by the beach.

Perfect spot for us. Walk yo the ocean longer walk to the beach. Some good restaurants really close by.

Beach getaway

We stayed at the Meyers Beach house for three nights. The beach was a few blocks away. The Cup coffee shop is very close, and the food/coffee was terrific.

We are local residents of Oceanside. I grew up here and my husband in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We are huge fans of the beach...as are our 2 children. We love to surf, paddle board and spend time enjoying all the outdoor activities that San Diego has to offer. You cannot beat the weather here!

We purchased the 4-unit property as an investment. It was near our home making it easier to manage the tenants who live there permanently. But, after spending time there, we realized that the neighborhood would make a great destination for tourists. We travel A LOT ourselves and have had plenty of experience renting vacation homes. So, we decided to turn the original home in the front into a prime spot for vacationers as well as have a little getaway for our family too!
