Designed for up to 2 persons (bed 140 x 200), TV, fast wireless internet (25 000), telephone connection and fixed flat rate, new fitted kitchen and above all peace, to sleep well can.
You can walk down a supermarket with rich offer and pleasant opening times in 2 minutes (Mon-Sat 7-22 h) and all the numerous shops of the neighboring Empire Avenue.
In 3 minutes walk you reach the U12 which leads to a direct route to Berlin-Mitte and Kreuzberg.

Neu Westend Property

This apartment is cosy and inviting. The location is perfect and easily accesses several businesses, eateries, and many other things. The U2 and several bus stops make moving around the city quite enjoyable. The only thing to be mindful of is the lack of backsplash for the shower. Due to the weather, we were unable to make full use of the balcony. This property met all of our needs.

Schöne kleine Wohnung, praktische eingerichtet, ist alles da was man braucht. U-Bahn und Busverbindung gleich in der Nähe damit ist man dann auch ganz schnell im Zentrum von Berlin.

Clean and cozy appartment

We was so comfortable in this appartment. The kitchen is equipped and luminous, the bathroom is clean and working well. Bedroom was huge, a big bed and a small balcony if you want to smoke. The nearest train station is in 5 minutes walking (Neu-Westend U12). There are a lot of commercial shops like Këbab (Neu-Westend Grill, really nice :), supermarkets and pharmacy in this ratio of 5 minutes. Our stay was really nice, and we recommend to everyone that wants to come to Berlin to stay in this kind of appartments.

Clean and cozy appartment

Benita was so friendly with us one time we arrived to Neu-Westend. Kitchen was great and luminous, bathroom really clean and the bedroom was big and luminous too. "Neu-Westend U12 Train station" is in 5 minutes walking, and the time spend to go to city-centre (downtown) is approximately 15-20 mins. The neighborhood is calmed and fine. There are a great Këbab just in front of the train station, supermarkets in 5 minutes and a pharmacy really near too. We enjoyed our visit a lot in this appartment.

Optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Eine kleine, gut eingerichtete Wohnung, fühlte mich sofort wohl. Einfach gehalten aber mit allem was man benötigt. Ruhig gelegen. Schnell ist man an der U-Bahn Neuwestend und von dort auf direktem Weg bis nach Kreuzberg. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.
