Beautiful Year Round Lake Front Retreat

This three bedroom, one bathroom newly renovated summer retreat is ready to be enjoyed by you! The master bedroom has a walk out balcony that overlooks the lake. This can be a great start to your morning as you drink your coffee and watch the sunrise. There are two additional spacious bedrooms each with a full size bed. Additional guests are able to stay on the first floor with one futon and one couch. As you enter this beautiful home you will walk into the dining room which leads to the living room. The living room has a tv that comes with Roku to watch your favorite movies on a rainy day or read a book by the indoor fireplace. There is one bathroom fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and all the necessities you may need. In the kitchen you will find a stove, full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. We have also provided all basic provisions in the kitchen (coffee, tea, paper products, kitchen utensils, cookware and plates/glasses)

One of our favorite rooms that this location has to offer is the glass enclosed four season porch. With ceiling to floor glass windows, plenty of comfortable seating options and a picnic table to enjoy your lunches facing the lake, this is a spot you can't miss out on.

Outside we have a grill that is brand new, a small fire pit, several folding chairs and loungers that can be used by the fire pit or brought out onto the dock that was just re-built. If you are looking to watch the sunset, grab a cocktail and enojoy it as the sun sets. If you have a boat you are more than welcome to bring it to the marina located nearby and drive it over to be tied off right out front of this vacation retreat. Out front there is also a sailboat and row boat that come with the property and are welcome to be used.
