Mini resort; house with salt water private pool, near the best beaches!
Perfect Hawaiian vacation home. Watch the best sunset views every night and then star gaze by the fire pit. During the day relax by the pool on the large lanai. Great for grilling as the family takes a swim. Solar-heated, salt water pool and lanai are surrounded by a lava rock wall that makes for secluded private gatherings. Unique indoor outdoor living as the great room, dining room, and kitchen open up to the lanai. Leave doors open for the famous Waikoloa breezes. 2 master bedrooms each with private bathroom. One master has a king bed. The second master has a king and queen, perfect for family. Both rooms open to the pool deck. Wake up to views of the ocean and mountains then take a15 minute ride with beach accessories and enjoy paradise at Hapuna Beach.
This property is wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with it all. So are the bathrooms. But my favorite is the pool. It’s clean, 80 degrees, private and our total relaxation area. We ate most of our meals outside and under the stars it was gorgeous. The only issue was an extremely steep driveway but since we only parked our car on it…lol…who cares. Oh and only 8 miles to the best beaches! You cannot go wrong!

Ideal for Extended Stay
Debbie our host was amazing. Readily available for any questions. Beautifully appointed home with fabulous vistas and outdoor living. Great location outside of tourist crowds. Steep driveway and no access to the garage made loading and unloading difficult. Streaming only TV made TV access inconvenient. Access to bedrooms from living area was not well described. Would definitely rent. this home again as we thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood and private setting.

Pool was nice to have
It was nice to have a pool right out our door. To be honest for the price I would rather stay down at Waikoloa Beach as the linens were worn out and the throw pillows need to be covered or replaced to cover the tears. BBQ worked 3/4 of the time and had to be lit with a lighter. The big sliding doors that opened up to the outside and pool were amazing but the wind and dirt that blew in was unbelievable. It could have been the time of year that we were there. The driveway is not for the weary as it is very steep and the only place to park. The owners are easy to get ahold of and easy to work with. But hey, it's Hawaii and who can complain. I just thought this was spendy for the location and needed upgrades.
