Welcome to our centrally located & Beautiful fully renovated home welcomes you with bright kitchen, all new appliances. Fresh paint throughout interior and exterior. Brand new light fixtures and ceiling fans. Newly updated bathrooms. New carpeting and new luxury flooring throughout. Beautiful yard, family friendly neighborhood. Excellent Wifi, convenient to Friendly Shopping Center & all Greensboro has to offer.

You are just minutes away from many nice restaurants, shopping centers, and parks

This is an older established neighborhood. It’s very close to Guilford battleground Park, the Piedmont Triad International airport and Four Seasons Mall
1. Locals must communicate with us before booking
2. It is prohibited to have more than 8 guests in or on the property at all times. Violation of the rule may result in the removal of you and your guests with no refund.
3. This is a self check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are provided by the Airbnb/VRBO house manual or check in guide.
4. $200 per day smoking fee. $50 non-authorized late check out fee.

Please wash dirty dishes and put in the drain rack unless you have a full load, then please run the dishwasher before you check out. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS ALLOWED!

Amazing experience

This house was gorgeous. Hosts were excellent to deal with. The neighborhood was quiet An ideal place for a getaway in the Greensboro area. We will definitely be staying here again when in the area.

Nice clean and comfortable

Stayed for ACC swim champs to watch our son. Great yard to let the dog out in and a nice comfortable spacious older home with all you need for a good stay.

One of our favorites

We have stayed here several times and it’s always nice. Located in a lovely neighborhood and convenient to many great restaurants. Homey, clean and comfortable and the fenced yard is especially nice for our pups.

Great trip

The home is in a very peaceful neighborhood. I woke every morning to rabbits being in the yard..so sweet. We stayed for 11 days and we look forward to going back. Absolutely recommend!!!

Just what we needed!

Cozy Home close to all Greensboro has to offer!

This is my family’s second time staying at this property. It is quite roomy for 6-8 guests and has everything you need to feel at home. The neighborhood is lovely and close to everything in the Greensboro area. Both John and Miranda are amazing and super reachable. We will definitely stay here again!

Safe and comfortable

This was a great place to stay and we felt very safe in the neighborhood enough to be able to go on a walk in the morning with no concerns. The neighbor is amazing and gave us great suggestions like Elizabeth’s Pizza. It was spacious and welcoming. We had one concern and notified the owner who was responsive. The home was spacious and accommodating. We loved sitting on the deck in the back yard and playing games at the dinning room table. Plenty of room and we didn’t feel cramped at all.

Loved this house!

My team of colleagues and I needed somewhere to stay while attending a trade show. This was ideal for everyone to have their own room, two full baths and worthwhile kitchen. It was a quick in-and-out for us, but we appreciated that this was in a great neighborhood and felt very safe.

Would Stay Here Again

The description was accurate. With 7 adults, the four bedrooms were ideal. We were in town for a family wedding and the location was convenient to three different venues which we attended. In addition, during some down time, it was close to the Bog Garden and the Bicentennial Park which we enjoyed visiting. Also, excellent communication responses from property owner. It's in a family neighborhood.

Very nice house

We rented this house for our daughter’s graduation from Elon University. It was approx 35 minutes from campus. It is a very nice house, close to stores. Very convenient.
