- a fully-equipped utility room with storage cupboard, washing machine, hoover, ironing board and iron. This space can also be used to store suitcases (another very large cupboard is located in the corridor leading to the 2 bedrooms).

Arrival from 5 p.m. (extra charge for arrivals between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.) and maximum departure at 10 a.m. The concierge will contact you 1 week before your arrival for further information.

On arrival, an inventory of fixtures will be signed by both parties. Any damage or breach of the house rules will be the subject of a dispute and may be deducted from the security deposit.
