Charlie’s Vacation Rental – Let Our Home Be Your Home Away!

Welcome to Charlie’s by the Bay, Unit #4, located in the heart of Downtown New Baltimore. This second-level apartment offers 980 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, blending a modern beach vibe.

Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and Smart TV, plus an open-concept living room and kitchen. A workstation desk offers sit-or-stand flexibility. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the unit also includes a private laundry for your convenience.

Step outside to our courtyard for relaxation and fun. Sip a cocktail under the gazebo, gather around the fire pit with music, or grill a steak as the evening comes to a close. Guests can also enjoy cornhole, can-jam, or take a bicycle to explore the area.

New Baltimore is a quiet, safe, and family-friendly town, and from Charlie’s, you’ll be just a short walk to bars, restaurants, boutique shopping, and the local beach with a children’s playground. Seasonal festivals add to the small-town charm throughout the year.

Please note: street parking only. Pets and service dogs are welcome, but must be disclosed at the time of booking; a $100 cleaning fee applies.

Whether you’re traveling for work, a weekend escape, or a more extended stay, let our home be your home away at Charlie’s by the Bay.

Great place to stay in a wonderful little town

Look forward to staying here again! The apartment was very clean, located in a great neighborhood where I didn’t have to worry about my boat at night and the host was super helpful with any questions I had.

Downtown New Baltimore

We stayed for a week to attend a wedding and Charlie’s had everything we needed! Beautiful place, excellent accommodations, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Also, great communication from host, Gina. We’ll be back!

New Baltimore fun

The property is very nice and clean inside. The property has fun little extras that my family enjoyed. Games and beach toys and a wagon to drag all of our stuff down to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Spent a great month at the apartment. Very comfortable and right in the heart of New Baltimore. Walking distance to great restaurants and beautiful Lake St Clair. Very well equipped and host was always responsive. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Home away from Home

All who visited me commented how nice and comfortable it is. It was always a pleasure to return after a full day out. The fresh water air from close proximity to bay is always refreshing. Being two short blocks from park… and water… made for an enjoyable walk and rest on one of many benches there. This was my third time at this location.

Perfect and has everything

They thought of everything from dish detergent to laundry detergent. Even beach toys for our kids. Grill looked like it had never been used. Perfect layout and nice appliances

4th stay at Charlies by the Bay and always a great experience. First time in the upstairs 2 bedroom unit and both units are great! Gina is more than accommodating, helpful and quick to respond if the need arises. Close to quaint downtown shopping and great restaurants as well as a beautiful park on the lake. We’ll be back!! ❤️

This is a beautiful modern 2 bedroom apartment that is located downtown New Baltimore and all within walking distance from the beautiful beach and park.
There are several restaurants, bars, boutiques, and things to do in downtown New Baltimore. There are also public boat slips for the day.
