Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers in Bray-Dunes, a family-friendly seaside resort in the north of France, we offer this charming 50 m² apartment with sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with bathtub). Towels and sheets are available for rent, so we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- Entrance hall with storage cupboard
- 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A sleeping area with a single bed (90×190) closed by a curtain
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and access to terrace
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Outside :
- A 4 m² terrace with gate providing direct access to the sea wall and beach. Equipped with a table and three chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is ideally located in Bray-Dunes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities :
- Discover natural and wild areas (Merchant and Parrot dunes)
- Hike from the apartment to the seaside resort of La Panne (Belgium) via the beach
- Numerous hikes and bike rides (bikes can be rented from the tourist office)
- Shell collecting, sand castles, kites, swimming, Parc les ptits mousses .... for children (plopsaland, a fun amusement park, is about 15 km away).
- Sports and water activities such as sand yachting, kite surfing and windsurfing....
- La ronde des vents festival in May
- Discover local gastronomy every Sunday morning at the Marché des Terroirs et des Traditions.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's numbered parking space.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Baby equipment (bed, bathtub, etc.) available on request from the concierge.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
