Audenge is located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay. Ideal for visiting: ports, shops, local gastronomy, ocean beaches, tourist sites (Arcachon, Cap-Ferret, ...).

A private parking space is located near the accommodation.
Facing south-east, enjoy an interior and an exterior. Private garden of 20m² enclosed and secure with outdoor furniture (table, chairs, parasol and garden armchair).
The interior of the accommodation consists of a living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, Senséo coffee machine, small appliances), dining area with table, chairs and the lounge area with TV, a sofa bed and a storage space. A bedroom with a "Queen size" bed in 160x200 and a wardrobe / wardrobe. In the adjoining bathroom, you have a vanity unit, a 90x90 Italian shower, a toilet and a washing machine.
No air conditioning. The accommodations are heated by underfloor heating at a gentle heat of 21° (managed by us).
The bed linen of the room, towels + gloves, carpets and kitchen linen are included.

The accommodations are located in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, Audenge with the largest natural water swimming pool, its port, its oyster huts and its local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, shops, gas station, ....) .
Market day is Tuesday morning, about 1.5km from the house.
Many tourist places to visit such as La Dune du Pyla, the tip of Cap-Ferret, the communes of the Bassin d'Arcachon as well as the beautiful ocean beaches.
For nature lovers, the Domaine de Certes and Graveyron is a 10-minute walk away for a walk along the paths.
For sports enthusiasts, the cycle path is 200m from the house and goes around the Bassin d'Arcachon, the "Vélodyssée".
