Nestled at the entrance of a large country estate, this elegant barn conversion offers a private and peaceful retreat, while keeping you in the heart of the Upstate. A well-stocked, modern kitchen boasts full-size stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and a butcher block island. The homes open layout keeps everyone together, all within view of a 75” flat screen TV. Large windows flood the upstairs space with natural light, highlighting the tiled walk-in shower, built-in workspace, and a large wood accent wall anchoring a comfortable king-sized bed. The patio out front with fire pit and private walk-out deck at the back, completes your experience at this one-of-kind property.

Excellent location & lodging accommodation

The host is an excellent communicator, the location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood, the place was very clean with all the accommodations one would want. I highly recommend staying here!

seriously perfect

This is where you want to stay if you desire quiet, exceptionally clean and well appointed quarters. Thoughtful layout,steep staircase to bedroom but for me not a problem. Streamlined and simple check in and out. This is how to run a short term rental. Literally NO complaints at all. I hope to have the opportunity to spend more time there in the future. thank you

Beautiful!

Absolutely loved this place! It was cozy and exactly what we needed. The location was great! Very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. It was perfect!

Home away from home

This was truly a friendly environment with an exceptional host. Great communication! Host contacted frequently checking on our needs. Amazing atmosphere that mets all the qualities for a stay in a place you definitely can call a Home away from Home. Looking forward to future stays on monthly basis. Cute Barn Getaway

Peace and quiet

Wife and I needed a quiet retreat from our adult children to be left alone. This place nailed it. Quiet secluded barn transformation close to many places to go.

Country feel and comfortable.

It was as clean or cleaner than home. The layout was great and it was well equipped. The cabin was very tastefully decorated. The only drawback for me was the stairs but that is an age issue. The host was attentive and accommodating. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about our stay.

Cute and Cozy

This was my first VRBO experience and it was great. It was like staying in a park. When I drove in, there were several deer in a beautiful tree lined field next to the house. There is a beautiful deck where you can sit and enjoy nature. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed with everything you might need. The location was very safe and so much better than staying in a hotel.

Mother’s Day 2024

The space was amazing and our stay couldn’t have been better! Loved the decor and the nice finishes as well as the extras like filtered water and great outdoor spaces. (Hubby’s fave was the outdoor shower!) Also had the added bonus of seeing the VERY rare Northern Lights while in SC!! We will definitely be back for our next trip to “the Burg.”

Perfection!

This is our second stay. The property is in a semi-rural area. No road noise, no nearby buildings. Nevertheless there is a shopping center just 3 miles away.
