Welcome to Rhun Even, one of the oldest houses in Plougasnou, recently renovated, combining the charm of the old and the modernity of noble materials, all in a very quiet street. You will find the comfort to spend time outdoors in complete privacy or in its charming living room. A wooden extension completes the house to accommodate up to 6 people.



The Space:

The house is made up of a beautiful living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge, a large bathroom, a toilet, 2 double bedrooms are accessible on one level and a children's bedroom upstairs.

The garden and the south-west facing terrace are a true haven of bucolic peace where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening lights sheltered from the wind.



The linen is included (tea towels, rugs). bath). Bed and bathroom linen are NOT INCLUDED.

End-of-stay cleaning option: €65 incl. tax

Double bed kit (bed and bathroom linen): €30 inc. tax/bed

Single bed kit (bed linen) and toiletries): €25 incl. tax/bed

★bedroom 2 ground floor: 160x200 bed, 240x220 duvet, storage and office area

★bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x200, duvet 150x200 and storage (toys, children's books and board games)

★Equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker filter, kettle, toaster and kitchen essentials...)

★Ground floor bathroom: shower, sink

★Separate WC on the ground floor



Only a few steps from our house, you will find all the shops everything you might need, from the bustling market and charming cafes to local restaurants and local produce shops. The beach is only 1km away.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival. You will be able to choose between: • a refundable security deposit, • or a no-deposit waiver option, generally representing around 10% of the deposit amount.
