Master Bedroom: King-size bed, closet, ensuite bathroom.

This house was very close to the airport and was perfect for one night. We were able to go downtown and the airport within minutes.

Close to Downtown

Older home being renovated. Very clean, new appliances, plenty adequate for a up to six. We would stay there again if visiting the downtown SLC area.

Perfect stay before flight out of SLC

Quiet neighborhood and just 13 min drive from airport. The house was immaculate inside with very nice modern renovation. The king bed, and two queens were perfect for our party of four after two weeks on the road. Highly recommend for a comfortable and quick access to the airport. I believe there’s a problem with the VRBO software as I tried to use the chat feature to let the owner know we were leaving but it didn’t work.

Property adequate in size for our party

The property was the right size for our party, with adequate bedroom and bathroom space. The indoor spaces were clean and comfortable. The listing photos of the outdoor spaces did not reflect the actual condition of those spaces during our visit. We had to clean the rear patio picnic table in order to use it. The front and rear yards are not well cared for, giving the exterior an unfortunate neglected look. The location is readily accessible from I-15.

Cute house

We enjoyed our stay. The house was cute and accommodating to all of us. It was nice to have a coffee maker and coffe provided as we had forgotten ours. The bummer was there were AT LEAST 5 yellow jacket nests that we saw. There had to also be some in the backyard as we saw SEVERAL yellow jackets back there. We could not enjoy the cute backyard because of them. We did notify the owner she said she would have maintenance fix it. We also had to use our own throw blankets as there were none on the property. Our family uses them all the time. I understand not everyone does. We all enjoed our stay.

Cute House But Patio Unusable

The outside of the property was an eyesore - it looked like an abandoned home. The patio out back was completely unusable - the grass (both front & back) hasn't been mowed in some time, there is overgrowth and weeds everywhere, and there were hornets flying all over the back patio. It was disappointing because there are lights strung and the patio looked so cute in the booking photos. The inside however is a total 180. Very modern and spic and span clean. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of games to play, open living room, comfy furniture/beds. If you aren't planning on using the patio - this place is great. Cute/quiet neighborhood too.

Family getaway

We selected the house because of the price and quiet neighborhood. There were issue with the property. Yard was unkept, ac unit needs to be updated-hot nights, master suit bathroom shower needs an upgrade, outdoor space was unkept and had bee nest so we were not able to use it during our stay. Reached out but no response. A few essential kitchen items are missing BUT you get what you pay for. I hate to give it such a negative review but want to be transparent. Beds were good and living room were cozy. Looks like they are trying to do updates but not yet complete.

Perfect for our Purposes

This is a nice property. Updated, very clean and great communication and instructions. The neighborhood is a little older, but quiet, and was close to the airport and downtown Salt Lake. Our family was in town for a sports tournament, so we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but it suited our purposes very well. Thank you!

We did not stay at the house a lot as we were at Vivint arena and Salt Palace and parties - but nice place to la our heads - 8 minute drive in to Vivint ..

Quiet neighborhood, comfy stay

We didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the house as we were visiting family, but the living and kitchen were great and stocked well with basic needs and the beds were super comfy! The first night was warm and it took some time to get the cool air from the swamp cooler to the master bedroom but the house had some additional fans in the laundry room which really helped out. Great stay and the location was perfect!

Cute home!

This was perfect for a girls trip. There were four of us and we were attending a convention at Salt Palace. It was only 8 minutes away. Great kitchen, cute backyard, and good bathrooms. I’d stay again!

The neighborhood is called Rose Park. Most homes were built in the 50's. Centrally located...close to downtown and airport. Not extremely walkable, but very convenient to drive to and from, close to everything you need!
