Charming sheepfold between Aix and Lubéron, 4 bedrooms, sleeps 11, swimming pool

We rent our charming old sheepfold between Aix en Provence and the Lubéron, with swimming pool, air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, dryer, 4 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine adjoining one of the bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: a king size bed 180 x 200.
Bedroom 2: two single beds 90 x 200 and access via a miller's ladder to a mezzanine with two single beds 90 x 200.
Bedroom 3: two single beds 90 x 190.
Bedroom 4 (upper floor): one king size bed 180 x 200 or two single beds 90 x 200.
Living room: 1 sofa bed 90 x 190.
In total 11 beds.

The house is 200m², it has a large living room dining room with fireplace, open kitchen and bar, an office area, a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet on the ground floor, a shower room with toilet upstairs, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. It is an old sheepfold that dates back more than 100 years, with stone walls 65 to 95 cm thick.

Outside: free-form swimming pool (100m², 75m³, diving board with maximum depth 2.10m), charcoal stone barbecue, pizza oven, sunbeds, sun loungers, new outdoor games (ping-pong table, petanque balls, Finnish bowling, badminton). Electric bike rental in the village.

The house is located a 15-minute walk from the pretty authentic Provencal village of Rognes, in a green and quiet setting in the middle of vineyards and pine forests.
There are plenty of visits to do in the surrounding area: wine estates on site, Aix en Provence 20 minutes away, Cistercian abbey of Silvacane, contemporary art centre of Château La Coste, La Roque d'Anthéron piano festival, Lourmarin and the Luberon 20 minutes away...

Restrictions:
No children under 7 years old (designer staircase, swimming pool under alarm but no barrier). No PRM access (one step between the living room and the bedrooms on the ground floor). Our animal friends are not allowed. Non-smoking house. No parties.

Available for rent:
- the week from Saturday to Saturday, from July 6 to August 10, then
- 3 nights minimum from September 2nd.
