For your vacation in Bandol, our agency Le Temps Des Vacances offers this beautiful 2-room apartment with terrace and parking near Bandol train station. The apartment is equipped as follows: You enter the house and enter the living/dining room with access to a beautiful terrace. A separate, equipped kitchen is at your disposal. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds and a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed. The amenities include a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The apartment has a Wi-Fi internet access. Private parking is available directly in front of the apartment. The apartment is just a few steps from Bandol train station. A 25% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due one month before check-in and no later than two weeks before arrival, except for last-minute bookings. For each tenant over 18, the owner must pay the tourist tax. The amount is set by the Tourist Office. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can rent bed linen and towels for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. Arrivals on Sundays and public holidays incur a €100 surcharge. Arrivals on weekdays after 6:00 PM also incur a surcharge. Pets are allowed upon request; please specify the type of pet. There is a €5 surcharge per day per pet. A security deposit is required upon arrival by check or cash. This deposit is non-cashable and will be refunded on the day of departure if everything is in order. You will receive a contract containing your details, those of the agency, and the rented property, which you must sign and return to us. Proof of travel or civil liability insurance is required. Our local producers welcome you every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. from April to September. to offer you fresh local products (fruit, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheese, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr, etc., are held daily, and the large markets are held on Tuesdays in Bandol, Wednesdays in Sanary, and Thursdays in Saint Cyr.
