Located just yards away from a beautiful Oregon beach, the Sandpiper suites are a home away from home with full amenity options for your convenience and comfort. Built in 1981, enjoy a piece of history while enjoying the oddly homely yet luxurious relaxation the Sandpiper suits offer.

Sandpiper suite 206 in particular has the capability to comfortably sleep 4 people with its king and queen beds, 1 bedroom, and full bathroom.

Lincoln City is an amazing place to tour during all times of the year with its nearby museums, aquariums, and other attractions such as local saltwater taffy shops. What Lincoln City really excels in are the beach locations, the full-of-life streets, and the Oregon beaches ability to keep cool during heat waves. Truly an amazing place for everything, either to cool off, to look at historic museums, or checking out the local culture. The Sandpiper is close to the main streets of Lincoln City and several restaurants are within walking distance.

Beleidigung bei Beschwerde

Vorab: die Wohnung war sehr schön, die Lage toll, die Sauberkeit könnte jedoch verbessert werden. Was jedoch gar nicht ging, war dass direkt vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster eine nicht genannte Baustelle war (ein Haus sollte abgerissen und ein neues gebaut werden). Der Ausblick war nicht nur mies, die Lautstärke war auch sehr störend. Als ich die Vermieterin darüber informiert habe, reagierte sie mit Ausflüchten (wusste nichts darüber) und Beleidigungen (ich würde lügen, obwohl ich alles mit Fotos und Videos belegen konnte). Deutsches Recht ist der Vermieterin egal. Sie versteckt sich hinter der Unkenntnis der Baustelle und meinte, damit sei sie von jeglicher Haftung befreit (obwohl es vor Ort ein Team gibt, welches sie hätte informieren können). Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich nicht gebucht. Entgegenkommen oder gar Rückerstattung gab es keine.

Wonderful!!! Fantastic views.

The condo was very easy to find, right on the ocean with a fantastic view. We couldn't have asked for more. and perfect for the 2 of us (though there is a murphy bed also). Looked as it has been recently updated with new furniture, counter tops and appliances. Well stocked with everything you need to make a wonderful meal, but with so many great places to eat in walking distance, why cook! Best of all, the mattress is wonderful, like sleeping on a cloud, not to soft and not too firm. Owner was friendly and quickly responded to my questions. Check in very easy using. And did I mention the wonderful bed and views of the ocean!

Our unit, 206, was just the perfect place for our stay. It was a quiet place with a picturesque view of the Pacific. Our property manager was a great help and what every tourist would want after a tiring day on the road. The king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen only needed personal groceries.

Vacation with no kids

The views and location are great! The layout is really good with most things you need for a week away. The building is older so if you have noisy neighbors or heavy footed neighbors you hear it all, especially being on the ground floor. The suite was clean but the bathroom showers and jacuzzi were full of hair. The glass on the balcony needs a good scrub and should be clean when you arrive. I had to clean ours to see the awesome view. Overall would probably stay again.

Great view

The view was amazing, apartment was clean had all kitchen utensils necessary, the only thing I did not like was we have to clean take out all trash and recycling we had to pay a fee for this and still had to do our own cleaning not fair but overall stay was good and relaxing

My name is Angela Jones, I grew up and have lived in Salem for the majority of my life. It is my home and I am so excited to share it with visitors! I have twin boys Max and Sam, who I am currently using my vacation rentals income to help put them both through college! My boys are my world, and I am proud of both of them.
I am also an Arbonne Independent Consultant. Arbonne provides pure, safe and beneficial health and beauty products. Our products are made for those that don't want to use harsh chemicals and want true results in their health and their looks!

As I got closer to having to start paying for my boys college, I decided to launch my vacation rental business Salemstays.com with my Downtown Salem Loft. a 2400 sq ft "New York Style Loft" Apartment in the oldest historical building in downtown Salem. I quickly realized this was my nitch, I was great at hosting guests and providing beautiful, affordable lodging in our Capitol City and Greater Willamette Valley and so it began. My vacation rental company is SalemStays. Currently I have 17 vacation rentals in Salem, 3 in Lincoln City at the Oregon Coast. I love the hospitality business and supplying guests with beautiful, comfortable, and usable spaces to stay in for a much more reasonable price than staying in a hotel.

I love to get to know all my guests and to make new connections. I hope you stay with me if you ever come to Salem OR or the Greater Willamette Valley
