Beautuful remodeled modular home. Has large eat-in kitchen with bar that opens to living room. Perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Has internet/TV and rocu in the master bedroom.

Large kitchen has lots of pots and pans and cooking and baking pans for making delicious home cooked meals. Spices and condomints are available if needed.

Great place for a Family reunions, wedding, visiting nurses, graduation, festivals, skiing, fishing, and is close to Rocky mountain national park.

This property is close to sunset swimming pool (about a 6 min. drive), Ymca, bowling alley, greenbelt, rivers, reservoirs and much more. We have breweries, restaurants, dinner theatre, tractor museum, shopping, and even a speakeasy.

No smoking in the house of any kind. You may smoke outside but please clean up butts and don't leave them in the yard please. Cean up after your pet.
When you leave, please have dishes washed. Please leave the house as you found it. There is a dish drainer under the sink if you want to use it.
Enjoy yourself. There is cable and television. Leave the key on the counter when you leave and thanks for coming to stay with us. Have safe travels.

I am a Native of Colorado and love the outdoors activities we have in our state such as skiing, snow boarding, ice skating, fishing, hiking, biking, swimming, and camping. I have 4 grown boys and 2 grandkids who enjoy swimming and going to the recreation center or to the Jester dinner theatre to see Scrooge for the holidays. I have a ranch right out of Rocky Mountain National Park where we like to fish and hike and spend family time together.
We have a couple of boarder collies, cows, chickens and goats.

We have a non- profit to help disabled kids and young adults.

We sincerely hope you enjoy your stay with us.

This is a beautifully decorated home that is very comfortable. We have high speed internet if your coming to work. I enjoy the old houses and the gardens and pretty yards and things growing in the springtime.

The neighborhood has a charm that you can't find many places any more. It still has nostalgia and many of the old fashioned homes with big front porches that wrap around the house complete with peonies, irises and tulips and every kind of glittering plant you could imagine. It's kind of like a fairy land of sorts.

We are close tu the greenbelt where you can walk to parks and lakes.

My property is very nice and comfortable. It has all the comforts of home. We have internet and rocu TV for your viewing enjoyment.

It has a nice big yard with a patio table that seats 4 people and a Privacy fence for your peace and quiet.
