The space :



Located on the second floor in a pretty building in the Passage district, this studio is part of a set of three small well decorated apartments, all available for seasonal rental.



The pleasantly arranged living space, allows you to have a kitchen-dining area (with a Nespresso coffee maker and one with filters), and a sitting area to relax. The bedroom is located in the living room, for a cocooning moment, where you can watch TV, comfortably seated in your bed.



The bathroom, which is completely renovated, is composed of a bathtub where you can also shower, and spend relaxing moments. You will find the toilet in this same space.



Perfect for a couple, Picco Bianco will make you spend a pleasant stay together, but if you want to come with couples of friends while keeping your privacy, two other apartments are available in the same building (Picco Rosso and Picco Verde, which you will find on our Airbnb profile).



Located in the picturesque "passage-Lanriec" neighborhood, with its walks along the shoreline of Concarneau, family and quiet, and with direct access to the city enclosed by the sea with the ferry. This neighborhood facing the ramparts of the enclosed city, formerly in perpetual evolution, has seen passing workers, fishermen and markets, giving a certain charm and a footprint full of history to this place.

Our concierge service offers linen rental during your stay : Linen + towels kit: 20 € per bed.
