Welcome to Baya, an authentic Breton stone house, spacious and comfortable, nestled in a rural setting, close to Anse de Rospico and the village of Kerascoët.



The House :



This family home exudes Breton authenticity.



On the ground floor, a beautiful entrance serves all the rooms in this haven. The living room, bright and with peaceful views of the expansive garden, opens onto a terrace. It includes a dining area with a large table ideal for friendly meals with friends after a day of exploring along the GR34. In the extension, you will find the kitchen with a view of the garden.



Finally, the hallway leads to a comfortable bedroom with two single beds and a shower room, offering appreciable privacy. Upstairs, a staircase leads to the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. An extra bathroom completes this space.



The major asset of this beautiful building is its exterior. So the charm of its garden lies in its total privacy, with animals such as horses or goats as the only neighbors. Explore a secret passageway, allowing you to access the majestic Rospico beach in just 5 minutes on foot.
