This rental is so comfortable and beautiful. You can tell that it's freshly remodeled everything is new and in perfect condition. Unfortunately many things in the area are still in bad shape from last year's hurricanes but this condo is located on a great shelling beach with beautiful sunsets. And we found lots of shark teeth!

Beautiful property! The beach view from the kitchen is breathtaking. Very comfortable beds and spotless clean. Will definitely be back. Cannot beat the sunset views.

The main problem we had was the fact that the elevator did not work. This is our third time here. My wife has limited mobility, Had we known we would not have come.We all had to carry our clothes food etc upstairs.Since we were on two different floors we found that the stairs lighting at night was very limited and we had to use cell phones for illumination. Need a liuggage rack. We did not like to use the bed.Need towel hooks in all baathrooms,

Disappointed in condition of condo

Will not stay there again, Checking was an hour and fifteen minutes late. The property was it was an unacceptable condition. The couches and chairs were so stained.We couldn't even sit on them. The walls had scraping of sheet rock missing the moldings at the bottom of the sliding glass doors were rotted.There were leak stains on the ceiling.The white sheer curtains were filthy at the top.You could visibly see the brown dirt. The outdoor furniture was rusted. The trash outside was piled up and ripped.Open trash was all over the ground.I'm assuming from rodents or raccoons eating it. I have stayed in other condos on that street that were beautifully decorated clean and. And respectfully well kept. So for this condo I will never go there again. Extremely disappointed.

Family beach vacation

This is a beautiful location and the unit layout was very comfortable. The listing, however, said sleeps 8 adults but there are only beds for 7. Beach towels and chairs were also in short supply. The wifi didn’t work for several days and it was difficult to get a helpful response from the property manager. We had an enjoyable stay, but with a few small adjustments, it could have been wonderful!

Excellent Stay!

The view was beautiful. Parking is tight but usable. The beach is steps away and has a private walkway. This was the best condo we have ever stayed in. The place has lots of room for everyone. We hope to do so again in the future.

Quick Sister Trip

Decided last minute to head to the beach for two nights with two of my sisters. We had a wonderful time. The rental was perfectly set up and very nice. We were so close to the beach!! Will definitely be back.

Everything we needed and hoped for. Very comfortable for all of us with an incredibly beautiful view of the ocean, beach, palm trees and sunsets. What a delightful place to vacation!

Great beach get away

We were impressed upon walking in how large the condo was. Lots of space to spread out. The decor was a bit worn and no curtains on the windows looking out to the beach was pretty but not very functional as it got really hot in the afternoons. There seemed to be a bug problem in the dishwasher and the appliances need to be updated badly. None of these issues were bad enough to keep me from coming back if we wanted to vacation in the area. The biggest issue was the parking situation, the spots are super tight AND the driveway is impossible to get through with a large vehicle. The uturn at the end of the condo is so tight that my family members would not come into the parking area. I saw a extended cab truck get virtually stuck, it took them 30 minutes to maneuver through the uturn. We did enjoy the condo itself, the location is perfect and we would return. Our host was responsive and accommodated a last minute short booking so that is a definite plus. Overall we had a good trip but to the owner, please update the appliances and get some curtains on the windows to block the afternoon sun. The AC can not keep up with the heat in the living room.

Great location

Our stay was pretty wonderful. When it says parking is tight, i did not expect how tight it is. Parking between the concrete pillars in a full size truck is quite the challenge. Our unit had 4 beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. The unit was very spacious and every room has a balcony.

Good Vacation overall

The property was nice and very spacious. The house keeping needed a little more attention to detail. Beautiful views of the gulf! Would stay here again.
