Located on the first floor, this 40 m² flat can accommodate up to 4 travelers and comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a terrace. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

- A lounge area with sofa bed, coffee table and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- Dining area with table and chairs
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

- A 14 m² terrace with garden furniture
The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
