The gîte is located on a farm and adjoining the owners' house. This characterful built ensemble is typical of the southern Lot region and you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor, entrance hall, living room, fitted kitchen area, bedroom 1 (1 bed 1.40m), shower room, separate wc, upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 bed 1.40m), bedroom 3 ( 1 bed 0.90m). 2 terraces, open ground.
