At only 15 kms from Figeac, a famous medieval town made famous in particular thanks to its place of writing, the gite Les Levades welcomes comfortably up to 5 people wishing to discover the riches of the Lot with family or friends. In a small hamlet, in a quiet, country setting, you will appreciate the bright and spacious rooms, the interior renovation carried out in 2018-2019, and the comfortable equipment at your disposal. You will appreciate the presence of a swimming pool 3 kms away, and that all the shops and services, as well as a leisure base are present in Figeac.The house is accessible by a few steps and then a porch and all the rooms on the same level: a living room / heated veranda with table, chairs, sofa, flat screen TV, a shower area with sink, separate kitchen with washing machine, gas stove, dishwasher and all the equipment, 1 bedroom with a double bed 140, and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed 90, bathroom with shower cubicle, separate toilet. Ground at the foot of the gite with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. The owners live 50m away. This gite is located near the gite 46G12632 for 2 persons.
