Very beautiful 18th century residence located next to the owners' house with entrance porch, private interior courtyard and terrace overlooking the Séoune valley. Interior layout, functional and authentic, with beautiful volumes on two levels served by a wide staircase. Ideal for nature lovers and for stays with family or friends. On the ground floor: dining room, separate kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), shower room, separate wc. Upstairs: living room (large library, TV), 2 bedrooms: one with 1 1.40m bed and cot, and the other with 2 0.90m beds, 1 shower room, separate wc. Bath, high chair and park on request. Heat. extra. Terrace, enclosed courtyard, land. Sliding scale rate for rental outside July and August for 2 people. Bathroom linen, sheets, optional cleaning.
