Former concierge of a nearby castle, at the gates of Cahors and in the heart of the vineyards of the same name, discover this very quiet cottage, in a privileged environment benefiting from a beautiful wooded and flowery park. We appreciate the large covered terrace ideal for taking meals under cover with a view of the park or simply for resting! We love the veranda at the back of the house with the direct view of the vineyards and Château Lagrezette! inside, we also like the living room, the bedrooms and the completely renovated bathroom! and above all, we love the fact of being 10 minutes from all the shops and services while being ideally located to discover the famous wine cellars, the small typical villages and the immediate access to the hiking trails! and finally the best for the end: the private swimming pool heated to 28° and covered with a tiled beach of 80 m2. Highly appreciated by users given its interior configuration. 6 steps provide access to a large covered terrace with garden furniture, then access to the cottage with all the rooms on the same level: independent kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ...), living room with insert, a sofa and flat screen TV, WIFI. A family room with 1 bed 160 and 1 bunk bed and 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140. Room on the ground floor with washing machine. Bathroom with large Italian shower, separate wc. : private swimming pool 10x5 with flat bottom (1.30 deep) heated to 28° and covered - interior steps with beach.
