In the heart of the Lot valley, between Figeac and Cajarc, in a typical and charming village, you will discover this pretty village house with a view on the cliffs. Just a stone's throw from the gîte, don't hesitate to visit the 12th century fortified Romanesque church which is classified as a Historic Monument. You can also wander through the streets of the village and discover its hidden treasures: fountains, bread ovens, wash houses... Ideally placed to visit the numerous tourist sites of the Lot, you are also at the gates of the Aveyron! This large house has kept the charm of yesteryear with a complete restoration and modern touches: fitted kitchen, equipment. A lot of space and independence without forgetting the view of the valley, it is a delight for parents and children. An underground swimming pool with a covered pool house for meals completes the ensemble. House of 120m² with a tower. Go up the stairs and on the 1st floor: living room of 50m², fully equipped kitchen of 12m² which gives access to the terrace, laundry room with washing machine, a bathroom with double basins, 2 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed in 1.40m, the other with 2 twin beds in 0.90m and 1 extra bed type BZ. On the 2nd floor, in the tower, is the 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed in 1.40m. 2 umbrella beds. Outside, enclosed grounds of 10000 m², terrace, a covered shelter that can be used as a garage, swimming pool.
