About the Retreat:
This luxury cabin is located on two private acres in the pine and aspen forests of Angel Fire Resort. The cabin is located on a quiet cul-de-sac that is frequented by deer and elk. The cabin, accessible in all seasons, is adjacent to mountain biking and hiking trails on the Elk Greenbelt, approximately five minutes from the ski lifts, and five minutes from the golf course. A perfect place for kids, young and old to play in all seasons.

The home is bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows. To relax indoors, the living area includes a comfortable leather couch, two easy chairs, a wood-burning fireplace (wood included), and a flat screen TV (DIRECTV Stream) with a DVD. New in 2023 is an 80" giant ceiling fan to ensure maximum air movement in the main living area. The large dining room table and breakfast bar combined can seat up to eight people. This is ideal for a family feast, family game nights, or working together on a jigsaw puzzle. Numerous games, cards, and puzzles are available to allow you to have family fun.

Whether cooking breakfast or your family feast, the kitchen has everything you’ll need with a microwave, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, coffee pot (Kuerig and pot), coffee grinder, French press, blender, crockpot, and a full set of cookware, dishes and eating utensils. New LG microwave, LG gas range, and Kitchenaid dishwasher installed in February 2023. The cabin includes a new LG washer and dryer (with laundry detergent and dryer sheets), bed linens, and towels. Just bring your personal items, kick back, & ENJOY!

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features a rustic queen bed, a large master bath, a private balcony, a knotty pine ceiling, and flat screen TV (DIRECTV Stream). Adjacent to the master bedroom is a cozy loft with a twin bed and a desk for those who must do a bit of work on vacation. Highspeed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the cabin. The main floor has another two bedrooms and a full bath. One of the main floor bedrooms features a queen bed. The second main floor bedroom has two twin beds. Both main floor bedrooms have new ceiling fans installed in 2023. The cabin can sleep up to seven people comfortably. For infants, a pack-n-play, highchair, toddler bed rail, and security gate are available. Dog amenities include a dog bed, dog crate, dog blankets & towels, and dog bowls. Old sheets are available and can be used to cover furniture if your dog sheds or gets on furniture.

In the spring, summer, and fall, enjoy the beautiful outdoors from a large wrap-around deck with security gates to corral young children and pets. This is an ideal place to have your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine and watch the deer as they wander by. A new (2025) Weber gas grill makes cooking out a breeze.

You'll enjoy easy access to the house including a relatively flat driveway and plenty of parking. A single car garage is available to protect your vehicle from the elements and to store your skis, bikes, and other outdoor equipment. Sledding discs, outdoor games, and a hammock are available in the garage for your enjoyment.

Although the short lane is plowed, four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended during Winter months.
