In the heart of the Dordogne valley, rich in architectural treasures and sumptuous panoramas, the gite L'Estable benefits from a privileged location! On the edge of a 5000m² walnut grove which casts its beneficial shadow on the outside of the gite, 400 m from the river 'Dordogne' (swimming, canoeing...) and 1.5 m from the village of St Sozy, so many advantages which will allow you to take advantage of the many leisure activities, services and small shops in the surrounding area. Inside, we like the large bright living room with bay windows opening onto the outside. Generously welcomed by the owners of the premises who will be keen to share their ideas for walks and their taste for local produce with you, they will help to make your stay as pleasant as possible! In its green setting, the swimming pool, with a covered terrace, awaits you for moments of well-deserved relaxation! Access to the gite through a covered shelter, then to the living room with sofa, TV screen, and a kitchenette, shower room, wc, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m). Electric heating by convectors.
